Job Description

As a Developer III - Enterprise Solutions with 4 to 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules. Your primary focus will be on modules such as Event Management, Cloud Management, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Orchestration. It is essential to collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and business analysts to gather requirements for IT operations automation and optimization. Your role will involve developing and configuring ITOM-related workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations to automate operations, manage infrastructure, and monitor events. Additionally, you will configure and maintain service maps, event rules, monitoring tools, and integrations with external monitoring and management systems. Leading the development of custom solutions and enhancements in ServiceNow to enhance IT operations efficiency will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution related to ITOM solutions and integrations will also be part of your daily tasks. You will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practices for ITOM module development. Ensuring proper documentation for all custom developments, configurations, and system integrations is essential. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as ITSM, Cloud, and DevOps to ensure the seamless operation of ITOM-related workflows is also a significant aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must stay updated on new features, best practices, and innovations in ServiceNow ITOM and incorporate them into ongoing development projects. Your skills in ITSM, ITOM, and Integration are critical for success in this role.,
