As a Senior Data Associate in Cloud Data Engineering at UST, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using AWS Glue, PySpark, and Azure Data Factory. You will work with AWS Redshift, Athena, Azure Synapse, and Databricks to support data warehousing and analytics solutions. Additionally, you will integrate and manage data across MongoDB, Oracle, and cloud-native storage like Azure Data Lake and S3. Collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets is crucial. You will also implement data quality checks, monitoring, and governance practices, optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, and support data migration and modernization initiatives across cloud platforms. Documenting data flows, architecture, and technical specifications will be part of your responsibilities.
