Role Overview: You will be a key member of the collaborative project team at IS Global Service Center, responsible for designing and producing core business systems used by the EDI team. Your role will involve developing, supporting, and enhancing applications, understanding data flows, and ensuring that changes in one component do not adversely affect the entire system. As a Java developer, you will play a crucial part in achieving organizational goals and meeting customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your Java expertise to contribute to the design, development, and testing of data - Troubleshoot issues effectively and provide solutions - Demonstrate proficiency in Object-oriented programming and component-based development with Java - Apply your solid SQL skills and knowledge in Spring Boot - Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery - Familiarity with tools like Maven, CVS, SVN, Git, and automated build/deployment tools - Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude and exhibit top-notch time management skills Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications: - 5 to 10 years of experience in Java development - Proficiency in Object-oriented programming and component-based development with Java - Good Knowledge in Spring Boot - Proven troubleshooting skills - Solid SQL skills - Familiarity with Maven, CVS, SVN, Git, and automated build/deployment tools - Customer service-oriented attitude and top-notch time management Desired Qualifications: - Experience in webMethods development and understanding of EDI data flows - Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS or other transfer protocols - Experience with Angular or React - Experience with Kafka or JMS - Familiarity with Web Services, SOAP or REST calls - Experience with Jenkins or Chef - Operating systems include UNIX, Linux, Windows (Note: Additional details of the company benefits were not provided in the job description),
