Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI and Python3 with a preference for those with domain experience in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects during day shifts contributing to our companys growth and impact on society.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced Generative AI solutions to enhance our product offerings and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Python3 applications that meet business requirements.

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI models by conducting rigorous testing and validation.

Optimize existing codebases for performance improvements and reduced computational costs.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and share best practices with team members.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into ongoing projects.

Document all development processes including design specifications and test plans for future reference.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces that facilitate seamless interaction with AI systems.

Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Work within a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and collaboration.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Generative AI and Python3 with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Demonstrate experience in Industrial Manufacturing applying technical skills to solve industry-specific challenges.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail in all tasks.

Show proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Have a solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.

Display effective communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with diverse teams.

Be adaptable to changing technologies and eager to learn new skills as required by project demands.
