Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on DevOps Lead to drive end-to-end DevOps practices across critical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, technical depth, and proven experience in managing scalable infrastructure and CI/CD processes—especially on AWS EKS environments.


A quick note:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead DevOps strategy, execution, and implementation across cloud-native applications
  • Collaborate with Dev Leads, Solution Architects, and QA to design and document scalable DevOps solutions
  • Plan and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment workflows
  • Break down technical requirements, oversee task execution, and guide the DevOps team
  • Own high-level and low-level design documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
  • Drive automation, observability, and platform reliability using modern tools and cloud services
  • Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)

 

Requirements:

  • 6–12 years of experience in DevOps, including recent experience in a technical leadership or specialist role
  • Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, EKS, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and production readiness practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
