About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Destination Manager to lead recruitment activities for Australia and at least one other destination. The role involves managing partnerships, overseeing counsellor training, and ensuring we achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet recruitment targets for assigned destinations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.
• Train and support counsellors on destination-specific admissions and visa processes.
• Conduct student and parent seminars, presentations, and webinars.
• Monitor application pipelines and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design destination-specific campaigns.
• Stay updated on policy changes in education, visas, and immigration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in student recruitment or international education.
• Strong knowledge of Australia’s higher education system and at least one other destination.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
