As a Sales & Business Development Associate, your role involves gathering customer travel requirements and creating boutique itineraries to ensure hassle-free travel arrangements for clients. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and build a loyal clientele. **Key Responsibilities:** - Thoroughly studying travel destinations based on team allocation - Developing sales pitch with guidance from the manager - Engaging with customers to understand their travel preferences and expectations - Customizing boutique itineraries to meet customer requirements - Implementing customer suggestions and making necessary changes - Regularly following up with customers in the pipeline to assist in finalizing travel plans - Actively addressing feedback from the manager and team lead - Working towards achieving lead-to-sales conversion targets set by the manager **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting - Prior experience in travel or sales would be beneficial - Track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus,
