Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support specialist located in Gurugram. The Desktop Support specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting issues, and offering desktop support to end-users. Tasks include installing and configuring hardware and software, maintaining systems, and ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure.

• Experience in desktop computer setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops and printers.
• Proficiency in providing technical support and help desk assistance to end-users.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
