Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, triage, resolve, and close tickets in the ServiceNow queue in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and arrange repairs with vendors, OEMs, and external repair facilities as needed.
  • Perform hardware and software moves, adds, and changes (MACs) for all endpoint devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring thorough follow-up until full resolution.
  • Install and troubleshoot software and system-related issues across a variety of equipment.
  • Identify root causes of technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions or preventive measures.
