Job Description

As a Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises, Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable individual to coordinate a range of activities, from simple tasks to more complex plans. In this role, you will offer onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment promptly and accurately to ensure optimal service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Troubleshooting computer OS and peripherals - Experience in handling different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10) - Ability to perform hardware and software installations (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM) - Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies - Providing printer support - Proficiency in MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting - Field experience supporting various technologies and services - Advanced technical abilities with strong troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems - Time and resource management skills to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure **Qualifications Required:** - In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10), Microsoft Office applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals including printers, and mobile devices - Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM - At least two of the following IT qualifications: - PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification - CompTIA A+ Certification - Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area - Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification If you are looking for the next challenge in your career and possess 1+ year of relevant experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume to careers.in@axiomtechnologies.com.,
