Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Managing the support services of endpoint management, technical helpdesk calls raised by the Branches
  • Managing the endpoint patch management
  • Managing the AD services
  • Troubleshoot the AD authentication and LDAP configuration issues
  • Configure and support DNS for new domain
  • Managing the Active Directory, user objects, computer objects, OUs, policies
  • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web Single Sign-on(SSO) OAuth, and related authentication technologies
  • Adding users to groups and organization units
  • Assigning permission to end users
  • Assigning permissions to file shares and objects within AD
  • Linking GPOs

Required Skills:

Knowledge in handling Desktop OS and Peripherals connected to it, Desktop Patch Management (SCCM knowledge), Microsoft AD Service, DNS Management, Certificate Management, Print Server Management, Knowledge in Microsoft LAPS
