Candidate must be from Mumbai Western Zone only between virar to churchgate location can configure & troubleshoot of Workstation OS Win 8.1/10, outlook,Google.support all desktop and peripheral hardware & application issues.
Can coordinate with partner, customer, etc, wellworse with remote, Lan, AD.Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
Configure and troubleshoot Windows 8.1/10 operating systems, Outlook, and Google applications.
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues.
upport and troubleshoot LAN and Active Directory (AD) environments.
Coordinate with partners, customers, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
