Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for workstations, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user systems.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers, network devices, and system software.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic knowledge of Linux environments.
Should have knowledge of protocols i.e., https, ftp, oftp or any other file transfer tool.
Basic Network knowledge of LAN/WAN administration.
Responsible for support to both internal and external customer file transfer services, and for providing enterprise level customer support.
