Install and configure OS winods11/10 on MP9, Thin Client and other HP and Dell desktops and Laptops. • Desktop/IT Support to more than 2000 users at Client locations. • System readiness using Microsoft Autopilot and SCCM, Intune. • GP Result and GPO updates on users and helping the backend team. • Installation and Uninstallation of programs using Registry Editor. • Different apps like VMware, Citrix, RDP etc installation and their support. • Supporting remote users and resolving their L1 issues using MS Teams, CMRC and LogMeIn tool. • Network scanning using N-Map tool. • Manage access to the shared folder on the file server with Active Directory. • O365, MS Teams, MS Outlook configuration, Backup and restore process. • Troubleshoot and resolve Hardware/Software/Network issues, escalating when required. • Supporting backend teams whenever required for Telco, Network, CDC and Proxy problems. • Worked on backlog tickets
