Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    desktop support

    (hardware, software, and networking) to end-users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot

    Windows OS, O365, and other applications

  • Manage

    Windows Active Directory Environment

    (user accounts, groups, and policies).
  • Handle

    asset management and vendor coordination

    .
  • Perform

    incident resolution

    within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain

    documentation

    of support requests, fixes, and IT assets.
  • Ensure excellent

    communication and customer service

    while resolving technical issues.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365
