Role Description

YourDigitalLift is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to support our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in hardware/software support, and the ability to resolve IT issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, and system support for all employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, software, and drivers.
• Set up and manage printers, scanners, routers, and network devices.
• Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN connectivity and assist in resolving network issues.
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and access control.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures, network issues, and application errors.
• Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, devices, accessories).
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.
• Provide technical support during device installations or client deployments (if required).

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Understanding of routers, switches, and basic network configuration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to support internal teams.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.

Good to Have

• Experience with CCTV, biometric devices, or access control systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based tools and remote support software.
• Experience supporting SaaS or IT-enabled companies.
