Job Description

enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineers (Freshers)

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows OS, MS Office, etc.).
Assist in network connectivity and system performance checks.
Maintain system updates, antivirus, and security patches.
Log issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with senior IT teams for escalated issues.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Understanding of Windows OS & networking concepts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Knowledge of ITIL process or ticketing tools.
