Job Description

Desktop Support:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and applications
Provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Manage software installations, updates, and patch management
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and profiles
Ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
Assist in network configuration including firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus solutions
Working knowledge of Windows Server and networking is preferred
Conduct network performance testing and optimization
