Location :Bangalore/Chennai

Work from office and field support (6 days working )

Rotational shift

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide L1 support for Desktop, LAN Network and Connectivity Problems.
Computer Network and management (LAN & WAN)
Troubleshooting in the Local Area Network.
Troubleshooting in OS Repair, upgrade and Installation.
Remote support and management.
Checking of configuration for proper functioning of equipment ( Laptop & Desktop)
Maintain network equipment (Routers, Switches, ADSL Modems, MPLS connectivity).
Maintaining Daily checklist for server room & network connection /Meeting rooms.
Stakeholder Management.
Effectively listening to others, expressing ideas both orally and in writing and providing relevant and timely information to management, co workers, subordinates and customers
End user support & Vendor Management
License & Patch Management (Antivirus / restricting to install the Pirated software/ Windows Patch management)
Should have a good understanding of network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).
basic knowledge the Routers ,Switches, MAC Laptops
Asset management, Preparing the Monthly Report
Basic experience on VOIP phones
Knowledge on Linux
Basic knowledge on Active Directory
Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
handing the onboarding & offboarding process
