Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems related to desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and software applications. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and efficient IT experience for all users.  Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and in-person for all hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve common problems related to operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365), and productivity suites. Escalate more complex technical issues to L2 or L3 support teams when necessary, providing detailed documentation of the problem and steps taken. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new and existing employees.
