Dombivli – 1 Day

(Candidate must be flexible to work at both locations on an alternate-day basis)

Job Summary

Intech Computer is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain smooth IT operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & OS Support

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 10 / 11

Data backup and recovery from crashed operating systems

Outlook configuration using IMAP / POP

Diagnose and resolve no display and hardware-related issues

Printer Support

Printer installation and basic servicing

Replacement of minor printer parts and troubleshooting

Networking Support

RJ-45 crimping and cable punching

Network data sharing configuration

Basic Wi-Fi router and access point configuration

Troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues

General IT Support

Provide day-to-day end-user technical support

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs when required

Maintain IT asset records and basic documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer

Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, OS, and networking basics

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently at multiple locations

Preferred Candidate

Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

Immediate joiners preferred
