The Desktop/Network Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting both our desktop systems and network infrastructure. This position requires a versatile individual capable of handling a wide range of IT tasks, from troubleshooting desktop issues to managing network configurations and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktop systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware failures, and security breaches.
Assist with the deployment and maintenance of new hardware and software systems.
Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in desktop and network management.
Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers and switches.
