Job Description

Role – Desktop Support L2 • Location – Bangalore • Work mode – 6 days/week, rotational shift, Work from office • Communication – English language mandatory • BGV – Candidate should have all BGV documents • Budget – 27K • Client Location – Should be flexible for both location ( Baghmane tech park and Hebbal) JD mentioned below Desktop L2 • Troubleshooting & fixing desktop / laptop OS, e-mail client• Creating OS images to reduce the OS deployment time • Mentoring L1 teams unresolved issues. • Leading the L1 teams in absence of Team Leader • Ability to quickly analyse & diagnose technical problems • Independently generates solutions based on analytical, technical skills and train other team members • Problem determination and resolution within SLA's • Should be able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents Handle technical escalations • Patch management for desktops – ensure critical patches are updated on schedule • Ability to acquire; new skills & keep them updated • Work with Local & Global Teams • Proactive and clear communication skills • Willing to Work on Shifts based on the projects need Regards: Please share your cv Suman Sharma hrdhelpdesk1@raspl.com Show more Show less
