Education: Any Graduate degree Role Overview: We are seeking a *Tender Executive* with at least 1 year of experience in handling tenders within the IT hardware infrastructure sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying relevant tenders to preparing and submitting proposals. This role requires strong technical knowledge of IT hardware products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop competitive, detailed tender documents. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate relevant tenders in the IT hardware infrastructure industry from various sources such as e-tendering portals, government websites, and client databases. Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring that all requirements and specifications are met. OEM Registration on GEM portal Product registration on GEM portal Analyze tender requirements, develop competitive pricing strategies, and prepare proposals that align with company goals. Ensure that all tenders are submitted on time, accurately, and in compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Maintain tender records and documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance. Communicate with clients to clarify tender specifications and respond to any queries. Collaborate with management to review and revise tender submissions to enhance competitiveness. Monitor post-tender processes, including contract negotiations and closing procedures. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards in IT hardware and infrastructure.
