Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer-related problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement or warranty claims
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Windows OS, and basic networking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1.6years of relevant experience
  • Any graduate or diploma in IT/Computer Science preferred
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
