Desktop Engineer L1

You will be responsible for: - Installing and configuring Windows operating systems. - Installing and configuring various application software like MS Office, antivirus, etc. - Providing desktop support up to client level, including hardware, software, and networking problems. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining regular updates of antivirus software. - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various PC hardware components. - Configuring and troubleshooting Outlook. - Configuring and troubleshooting LAN setups. - Installing and troubleshooting local and network printers. - Applying basic networking knowledge such as connecting switches, routers, access points, and assisting the network team with configurations. Qualifications required: - Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows operating systems. - Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. - Knowledge of antivirus software installation and maintenance. - Familiarity with configuring PC hardware components. - Understanding of Outlook configuration and troubleshooting. - Basic networking skills including LAN setup, printer installation, and troubleshooting. - Ability to assist network team with configuring switches, routers, and access points.
