Job Description

Job profile:

· Order Entry in PO register & Order Processing.

· Following up with ME’s on the checklist req for Order Processing.

· Coordinating with distributor and local vendors for delivery & prices.

· Making Purchase Entry & Preparing Sales Invoices.

· Cheque received by Client – Entries to be done

· Handling Petty Cash

· Handling Bills (Maintenance , Mobile Bills , Stationary, Petty cash vouchers and etc) – Scanning and sending to the accounts team on monthly bases .

· Updating the margin folder monthly .

· Prepare Performa Invoice in Excel Sheet.

· Sharing pending payments details to ME Weekly.

· Printing the Tax Invoice and sending it to respective ME’s .

· Handling Office Boy.
