Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and improving UI for web pages, dashboards, and platform features
- Create digital assets for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and campaigns
- Help maintain design consistency across all channels and products
- Support UX research and testing tasks (e.g., prototypes, user flows)
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing team
- Participate in design critiques and team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Portfolio showcasing UX/UI and graphic design projects
- Must be comfortable working in a remote team
Nice to have
- Experience with Webflow or front-end basics
- Interest in social impact and mission-driven work
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
