Key Responsibilities Assist in designing and improving UI for web pages, dashboards, and platform features Create digital assets for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and campaigns Help maintain design consistency across all channels and products Support UX research and testing tasks (e.g., prototypes, user flows) Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing team Participate in design critiques and team me etings Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Media, or a related field. At least 2 years of design experience Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) is required. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design Strong visual design skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Portfolio showcasing UX/UI and graphic design projects Must be comfortable working in a remote team Nice to have Experience with Webflow or front-end basics Interest in social impact and mission-driven work Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
