Roles & Responsibilities:

· Design seasonal children’s garment collections as per buyer requirements.

· Develop sketches, CADs, mood boards & tech packs for production.

· Coordinate with merchandising & sampling teams for timely product development.

· Research and select fabrics, trims, and ensure compliance with export quality standards.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Fashion / Apparel Design.

· 2–5 years of experience in the garments industry (children’s wear)

· Strong knowledge of fabric selection, garment construction, and CAD software (Photoshop/Illustrator/CorelDRAW).

· Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

What We Offer:

· Salary : 25,000- 35,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
