MIS Executive

About Us:

Transact India Exports is a leading exporter of children’s ready-made garments, catering mainly to the Middle East market. We are looking for an experienced Garments Designer to develop export-quality collections that blend creativity with commercial appeal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and manage data to generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management.
• Maintain databases and ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data.
• Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency in Advance Excel/Google Sheets and other tools.
• Analyze business performance trends and highlight key insights.
• Coordinate with different departments (sales, accounts, operations etc.) to gather data.
• Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and assist in decision-making.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting needs of management.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and data presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration .
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a data management/reporting role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
