• Conduct research on trends, customer preferences, styling, and price points; analyze
mood boards to decide suitable materials, motifs, and colors
• Understand merchandising requirements and buyer inputs.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment with buyer and merchandising inputs
• Prepare, review, and revise CADs for approvals and sampling
• Coordinate with merchandisers on buyer feedback, finalize production-ready designs, and
maintain organized design files and daily submission records
• Address design-related queries from merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and
clients, providing technical clarity as needed
• Collaboration with team and clients
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop software
• Trend forecasting and market research skills
• Collaboration with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams
• Strong visualization and presentation skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
