Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, your role will involve creating high-quality user interface designs and user experiences using Figma. You will be responsible for developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Additionally, you will maintain consistency across products by following and contributing to design systems and style guides. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs - Participating in design reviews, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly to improve designs - Preparing and delivering well-organized Figma files and assets for development handoff - Understanding user pain points and proposing creative, usable design solutions In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with: - Strong hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation - Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and UI best practices - Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms - Familiarity with other tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus Our company values communication skills, attention to detail, team collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
