* Candidate should have experience in specializing in outerwear, lingerie and product development
* Proven track record in leading design teams & launching new brands, managing end-to-end collections, and aligning seasonal trends with brand identity
* Adept at blending creativity with technical proficiency in yarns, knit/woven structures & garment construction
* Experienced in navigating both economy and premium fashion markets, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, pricing strategies, & market positioning across diverse customer segments
* Should Co-ordinate with factories on developing proto samples.
* Candidate should have knowledge on Adobe Illustrator , Adobe Photoshop , Microsoft Office , Technical Sketching (CAD/Illustrator ) and other necessary skills
*Candidate should be more creative and innovative in design work
* Candidate should handle various big brands in overall experience.
* Candidate should lead the team and give direction towards success in work.
