Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual design projects, guide junior designers, and deliver high-quality creative output across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing visuals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute creative design projects from concept to final output Develop branding, marketing, and promotional creatives Design social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, presentations, and websites Create motion graphics and video edits (basic to intermediate level) Guide and review work of junior designers Coordinate with marketing, content, and performance teams Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Required SkillsExpert in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, After Effects (basic) Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding Social media creative design experience is mandatory Good understanding of market trends and digital marketing visuals Strong creativity and problem-solving skills Leadership and team-handling ability Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field Experience in agency or corporate design setup Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus Who Can ApplyCandidates with 3–7 years of professional design experience Strong portfolio required Immediate joiners preferred
