We’re looking for a designer who enjoys turning simple ideas into well-crafted products. Someone who understands materials, colour stories, textures, and can translate them into designs that work for global markets. If you enjoy working closely with factories, sampling teams, and clients, you’ll feel at home here. What you’ll work on • Creating fresh designs for home textiles and accessories • Developing mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal concepts • Working with sampling units to get the right finishes, trims, and proportions • Preparing tech packs, mockups, and presentation files for buyers • Supporting private-label collections for export clients • Ensuring designs align with certifications (GOTS, OCS, BCI, OEKO-TEX) What we’re looking for • Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail • Experience with home textiles, prints, graphics, or product development • Ability to work with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CAD tools • Clear communication and the ability to work with suppliers and overseas buyers • Energy to work in a fast-moving, development-focused environment Location Karur (preferred) or remote with frequent coordination.
