Designer

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer at Smileguard is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our brand, marketing initiatives, and product experience. You will work across digital and print mediums to bring ideas to life and ensure consistent, polished, and engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for digital marketing (social media, web banners, emails, ads, etc.)
• Design print materials such as packaging, brochures, displays, and product inserts
• Develop and maintain brand visuals, templates, and style guides
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring concepts from idea to execution
• Produce illustrations, icons, and product mockups as needed
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms
• Prepare final files for print and digital production
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of professional design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
• Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
• Ability to interpret briefs and transform concepts into effective visuals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for consumer products, health, wellness, or dental-related brands
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere)
• Knowledge of packaging design and print production processes
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design systems
