Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop design concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new products.
Create detailed drawings and specifications for production.
Source fabrics, trims, and other materials needed for product development.
Oversee sampling process to ensure quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in garment merchandising or related field.
Diploma in Fashion Designing/Other Designing from NIFT or equivalent institute.
Proficiency in Corel Draw, Photoshop, and other design software tools.
Strong understanding of buyer communication, email communication, printing processes.
