Designer and Merchandiser

You will be working as a full-time Designer and Merchandiser at our on-site location in Gurugram. Your main responsibilities will include designing collections, selecting fabrics, monitoring production, and ensuring high product quality. You will also be actively involved in merchandising tasks such as collaborating with suppliers, managing inventory, and planning production effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, creative design abilities, and knowledge of textile selection. Additionally, you must demonstrate proficiency in managing production processes, ensuring quality assurance, and exhibit excellent organizational and inventory management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred for this position. Moreover, having a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience will be beneficial.
