Job Description

The IT Engineer is responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance to end-users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and managing IT assets. This role involves configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), providing Level 1 support for users, managing remote systems, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT services.

Responsibilities:

Laptop and OS configuration (Windows, Linux, Mac)
Allocation/deallocation of IT assets.
Hardware repair/service support.
Maintain Daily Checklist to ensure all services are running.
VPN account creation/deletion (Cloud VPN).
User management creation/deletion/modification.
Provide L1 support (Basic Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting of end user system).
Remote system monitoring
Maintaining and tracking of all IT Asset in Warehouse, office Inventory.
Knowledge base management.
Data backup and restoration support.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT systems administration and support.
Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS).
Experience with ticketing tools, asset management tools, endpoint management tools, security tools.
