• Handling customer/engineers query.
• Mail communication :- (1) Draft professional emails to customers, engineers, and internal teams. (2) Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Letter drafting: Create formal letters, reports, or other written communications related to services, billing, or project updates.
• Data Management (Monthly): (1) Organize and maintain data related to projects, customer service, and other operational processes. (2) Prepare reports or summaries on a monthly basis for internal stakeholders.
• Inventory Management: Checked the inventory data which is maintained by Service Coordinator.

· Monitoring & Control of Projects:
(1) Track the progress of ongoing projects.(2) Ensure that project timelines and budgets are being adhered to.(3) Monitor the quality of deliverables and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

· Formalization of SOW (Statement of Work):
(1) Draft and formalize SOW documents for service contracts or projects.(2) Work with the sales or engineering teams to ensure the SOW reflects customer requirements and project scope.

· Billing Data Management (PO Cycle):
(1) Maintain billing records in accordance with the purchase order (PO) cycle.(2) Ensure that invoicing is accurate and corresponds to the agreed terms with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.36 per month
