We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Validation & Testing Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Electric Vehicle (EV) components.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience developing and executing test plans and validation protocols specifically for EV components such as Battery Management Systems (BMS), Vehicle Control Units (VCUs), chargers, and power electronics.
Test Plan Development: Develop comprehensive test plans and validation protocols for EV components (BMS, VCUs, chargers, power electronics) based on product specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Test Execution: Execute test plans and validation protocols, meticulously documenting test results and any deviations or anomalies.Test Setup: Design and set up test environments, including hardware and software configurations, for accurate and reliable testing.Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues. Prepare detailed test reports summarizing findings and recommendations.Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, working closely with design engineers to identify root causes and implement solutions.Collaboration: Collaborate with design engineers, hardware engineers, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration and validation of EV components.Standards Compliance: Ensure all testing activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 26262, UL, etc.).Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in testing methodologies and processes, contributing to the development of best practices.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, including test plans, test results, and analysis reports.
