Design Specialist

You will be working as a Graphic Design Specialist at Kerv, a next-generation technology partner based in Pune, India. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the central Kerv marketing team, senior designer, and communication/digital marketing teams to create high-quality visual assets across various practices. Your responsibilities will include designing marketing and sales assets, maintaining brand consistency, translating technical messages into visual diagrams, contributing to brand identity, and supporting motion graphics and digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Design marketing and sales assets such as slide decks, one-pagers, infographics, brochures, web visuals, social media graphics, email templates, print collateral, logos, and flyers. - Work under tight deadlines, adapt existing assets, and ensure brand consistency. - Collaborate with IT and subject matter leads to create clear visual diagrams and UX flows. - Contribute to evolving Kerv's brand identity, update style guides, and ensure visual coherence. - Support animation or motion graphics and maintain a library of visual assets for digital campaigns. - Ensure design accessibility, usability, good typography, and responsive visuals. - Manage version control and maintain organized design files for reuse. - Provide visual QA on presentations, marketing collaterals, and web deliverables to align with brand guidelines. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in a design role. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides. - Ability to visualize data and technical processes into accessible visuals. - Basic understanding of web/digital design formats. - Strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and brand guidelines. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders. - Strong written English skills for design proofing. - Ability to prioritize workload across multiple projects. Desirable/Bonus Skills: - Experience with animation or motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro). - UI/web design skills (Figma, Sketch). - Knowledge of marketing asset libraries and digital asset management. - Basic understanding of social media ad creatives. - Experience working with remote/distributed teams across different time zones.
