Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead
concept, schematic, and detailed design development
for corporate interior projects
Coordinate with
MEP, Projects, Procurement, Vendors, and Clients
for seamless execution
Review and approve
design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections
Ensure
design feasibility, value engineering, and compliance
with standards & budgets
Drive
design innovation
, space optimization, and workplace efficiency
Manage
external consultants, architects, and design teams
Participate in
client presentations, design discussions, and approvals
Support
tendering, costing, and pre-construction design coordination
Maintain
quality control
and adherence to project timelines

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
corporate interior fit-outs
(IT offices, managed workspaces, co-working)
Excellent understanding of
MEP coordination & site execution constraints
Expertise in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office
(BIM exposure preferred)
Strong
project coordination, stakeholder management & communication skills
Ability to manage
multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
Strong design sensibility with
commercial viability mindset
