Design - Senior manager /AGM

We are urgently hiring:

Key Responsibilities -

1. Design Management & Coordination

• Lead end-to-end design development for all projects concept, schematic, GFC, and execution drawings.
• Coordinate with external architects, structural/electrical/MEP consultants, landscape consultants, and other design partners.
• Review, evaluate, and finalize design proposals, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, local building by-laws, and company standards.

2. Planning & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all designs comply with NBC, NOC norms, and local municipal regulations.
• Coordinate for statutory approvalsLayout sanction, Building Plans, Fire NOC, Aviation NOC, Environmental Clearance, and Occupancy/Completion Certificates.
• Prepare and maintain all required documentation for regulatory submissions.

3. Project Development & Technical Support

• Support project teams during execution by resolving design-related issues.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is followed on-site.
• Evaluate and suggest value engineering solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and timelines.
• Prepare design-based risk assessments and provide mitigation plans.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Project, Procurement, Contracts, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure design alignment with budgets, timelines, and product positioning.
• Provide technical inputs for vendor finalization, material selection, and specification approvals.
• Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per project schedule.

5. Quality, Innovation & Product Development

• Benchmark design standards and incorporate modern building technologies.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all drawings and documents.
• Drive initiatives for sustainable, functional, and user-focused designs.
• Research market trends, innovative materials, and new construction technologies.
