As an experienced Interior Architect at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple high-end design projects across various typologies. Your expertise in interior design will be crucial in translating design ethos into award-winning spaces. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide design direction throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the delivery of award-winning quality. - Independently manage and execute 6+ projects simultaneously across different scales and typologies. - Translate the Design Ideators design vision into tangible, high-quality design outcomes. - Offer innovative, design-oriented solutions to challenges during project execution. **Project & Team Management:** - Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 designers, fostering a culture of creativity, technical excellence, and resilience. - Facilitate the professional development of team members, emphasizing problem-solving and technical proficiency. - Build and maintain a robust, collaborative, and high-performing design team. **Client & Stakeholder Engagement:** - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring confidence and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Address and resolve concerns raised by clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams swiftly and effectively. - Represent the studio as a brand ambassador in all professional interactions. **Design Typologies Experience:** - Demonstrated experience in designing and executing projects across multiple typologies such as Public Spaces, Hospitality Spaces, Residential Spaces, Institutional Buildings, Entertainment Venues, Commercial and Retail Spaces. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - 10-12 years of relevant experience in interior architecture and architecture. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, award-winning projects. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong conceptual and design development skills. - Sophisticated and discerning knack towards FFE design. - Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities. - Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.). - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
