Experience Design Operations Manager

Your Role:
Youll enable design excellence by streamlining operations, driving data-based decisions, and aligning processes with Philips strategic goals. You'll remove barriers, optimize workflows, and ensure teams deliver impactful experiences globally.
Impact:Your work empowers designers to focus on creativity while you build systems that scale and improve efficiency across the organization.
Team & stakeholders:Join the Experience Design Operations & Tools team, collaborating with design leaders,IT, Finance,Procurement and external partnersto integrate design operations into business strategies.

You're the right fit if:
Youve acquired10+ yearsproven experience in design operations, program management, or a similar role, ideally within a global organization.
Your skills include strengths indata analysis, KPI development, and process optimization, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
You have abachelor's or master's degree in Design, Business, or a related field.
You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, operate autonomously, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
