Design Operations Manager

As a Team Manager for interior designers, you will be responsible for effectively managing a team of 10-15 designers. Your role will involve driving the Design Process transformational Roadmap to ensure smooth project execution and achieve monthly team targets for design sign-offs. It will also be your duty to define and implement strategic initiatives to uphold Business Excellence practices. Fostering team spirit and maintaining high morale in the business environment will be key to your success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely project delivery with the required quality. Furthermore, conducting periodic audits and analyzing various sources like dashboards, audit observations, troubled account lists, and action plan trackers will help in aligning operational processes with operational methodology.
