DESIGN MANAGER CONSTRUCTION

As a Design Manager in construction at LAMBSROCK, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design phase of construction projects. To excel in this position, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in design management within the construction industry. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles, excellent project management skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Professional certifications such as LEED AP or PMP would be a plus.
