As a Design Intern, you won’t just make pretty things—you’ll be shaping the visual identity of one of India’s fastest-growing student-led communities. You'll be at the forefront of building experiences that look good , feel better , and actually ship . You’ll also lead the Design meetups —our offline experience for student designers that includes meetups, speaker sessions, and hands-on design workshops every 6 weeks. Think of this as design school meets creative agency meets underground design lab. This role is part visuals, part community, and 100% momentum. 🛠️ What you’ll actually be doing: Lead design for Baithak’s content across social media, website, merch, decks, and event collaterals Co-plan and execute Design Gallery every 6 weeks (including speaker outreach, visual identity, and workshop structure) Collaborate with the content, tech, and partnerships teams to bring campaigns to life Contribute to building Baithak’s design systems for future tools, web apps, and digital launches Bring new creative ideas to the table—whether it’s a new format, branding experiment, or user experience idea Help build Baithak’s creative voice across all touchpoints 💼 What You’ll Get: Real work on real projects, shipped fast A chance to lead community design events, end to end A live portfolio with community-facing work PPO opportunity after graduation based on performance A team that genuinely values creativity and takes your ideas seriously 📩 Apply now if you want to be part of the team shaping what India’s next-gen community of builders looks like.
